Installation Instructions

1. Extract the downloaded file. The zip includes an executable jar and a properties file - ToDO: extend this and add image of the extracted folder.
2. Update the resources/runtime.properties file with...? (ToDo: complete and check if this step is needed)
3. Double click the jar and start playing
